Lior Tabansky is a scholar of cyberpower at Blavatnik Interdisciplinary Cyber Research Center and a doctoral candidate in political science on cyberspace in national security at Tel Aviv University. Since 2005, Lior has been senior researcher at the Yuval Ne'eman Workshop for Science, Technology and Security. Lior's latest book is Cybersecurity in Israel (2015) and he has published in a number of journals including International Journal of Cyberwarfare and Terrorism, Journal of Information Warfare, Atlantic Voice and Military and Strategic Affairs.
Philip Chertoff is a junior research fellow in the Defence and Security Programme at the GLOBSEC Policy Institute (GPI), where he is developing a new Institute initiative on critical information infrastructure cybersecurity. Before he joined the GPI, Philip worked as a senior business strategy analyst at Accenture Strategy in Chicago, developing technology strategies for companies in the retail and financial services industries. He also served as a research associate for the Chicago Council on Global Affairs Emerging Leaders Program, where he supported the research project studying private sector responses to state-sponsored hacking. He has an honors Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Chicago, where he studied rule of law, new media, and civil-military relations.
